The Alloy POE3000SC is a robust standalone PoE+ media converter designed to seamlessly integrate remote powered devices (PD) into your Ethernet network where direct copper connections are limited by distance. It supports gigabit Ethernet conversion between 10/100/1000Base-TX copper (RJ-45) and 1000Base-SX multimode fiber with an SC connector, optimized for an 850nm wavelength and a maximum fiber link reach of approximately 550 meters.

This media converter is fully compliant with the IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) standard, offering PD signature sensing, classification, and power monitoring to safely deliver power and data over a single UTP cable. It features Link Fault Propagation (LFP) technology, including Far-End Fault (FEF) and Forced Mode, enabling administrators to easily detect and react to link faults, improving network reliability.
