At Byte barn, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided:
· The item is unused, in original condition, and original packaging
· You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable:
· Downloadable software or digital products
· Opened software, CDs, DVDs, or games
· Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition
· Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
· We’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
· If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
· First, check your bank or credit card account again
· Then contact your payment provider — it may take time to post
· If still unresolved, email us at support@bytebarn.com.au
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final and non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us via email and we’ll guide you through the process.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
· You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value
· If the item was not marked as a gift, we will refund the original purchaser
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over $10.
We do not guarantee that we will receive returned items without tracking confirmation.
