Teltonika OTD500 Outdoor 5G Router is engineered for demanding environments, delivering reliable high-speed connectivity with robust industrial-grade features. Featuring an IP55-rated rugged housing with an integrated mounting bracket, it resists harsh weather conditions, making it ideal for outdoor deployments.

This router supports 5G Sub-6GHz (4x4 MIMO DL) and LTE Cat19, providing download speeds up to 1.6 Gbps. Dual physical SIM slots plus a consumer-type eSIM (supporting up to 7 eSIM profiles) enable versatile network configurations, including automatic switching based on signal strength, data limits, roaming, and more.

Connectivity includes 2x Gigabit Ethernet ports configurable as WAN or LAN, with one port supporting Power over Ethernet (PoE) input (802.3af/at) and the other delivering PoE output (802.3af Alternative B), simplifying power and network cabling. The device supports an input voltage range of 42.5–57.0 VDC with reverse polarity and surge protection.

The OTD500 runs on RutOS, an OpenWrt-based Linux operating system, ensuring extensive routing options such as BGP, OSPF, RIP, and enhanced network security with multi-VPN support (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPsec, ZeroTier, Tailscale, Tinc). It is fully compatible with Teltonika RMS for centralized remote management, firmware upgrades (FOTA), and configuration.

Powered by a MediaTek dual-core 880 MHz CPU, the router includes 256 MB DDR3 RAM, 16 MB NOR flash, and 256 MB NAND flash memory. It consumes less than 2.5 W in idle and up to 9 W maximum, with PoE output power dependent on connected devices.
