The Teltonika RUTXR1 is an enterprise-grade rack-mountable LTE-Advanced router designed for robust and reliable high-speed connectivity within server rooms and enterprise environments. Powered by a quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 717 MHz CPU with 256 MB DDR3 RAM, the RUTXR1 offers powerful performance running RutOS, an OpenWrt-based customizable operating system.

This router supports 4G LTE Cat 6 cellular connectivity with carrier aggregation enabling download speeds up to 300 Mbps. It features dual SIM slots with automatic failover and advanced SIM management, ensuring uninterrupted mobile connectivity. For WAN flexibility, it includes a Gigabit Ethernet WAN port plus an SFP port for fiber connectivity (note: SFP cannot operate simultaneously with Ethernet WAN).

Network versatility is further enhanced with five Gigabit Ethernet ports (1 WAN + 4 LAN), Wave-2 802.11ac dual-band MU-MIMO Wi-Fi supporting up to 150 concurrent users, and comprehensive wireless security including WPA3 and WPA2-Enterprise. Redundant power supply support alongside an included 18 W PSU guarantees enterprise-level resilience.

Advanced networking features encompass static and dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF v2, RIP v1/v2, EIGRP), policy-based routing, VRRP, VLANs, and extensive VPN capabilities such as WireGuard, OpenVPN, SSTP, ZeroTier, and Tinc. The device supports remote management through Teltonika's RMS platform along with SNMP, TR-069, SSH, JSON-RPC API, and integration with major cloud IoT platforms like Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, ThingWorx, and Cumulocity.

Additional industrial protocol support includes Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, and firmware update tools (FOTA). The RUTXR1 is ideal as a backbone device for SMB branches, retail, and enterprise scenarios demanding sturdy, rack-mounted hardware with multiple WAN failover options and fiber connectivity.
