Delivering 1.8 Tbps total non-blocking throughput and 3.6 Tbps switching capacity, this switch features 48 SFP28 ports (25G/10G) alongside 6 QSFP28 ports (100G/40G) to accommodate high-density 100G and 25G aggregation needs.

Key capabilities include Multi-Chassis Link Aggregation (MC-LAG), enabling high availability and load balancing when paired with a second ECS-Aggregation unit. For enhanced reliability, the switch incorporates dual hot-swappable 550W AC/DC power supplies (1+1 redundancy) and five hot-swappable fan modules (4+1 redundancy), ensuring continuous operation and easy maintenance without downtime.

The ECS-Aggregation supports comprehensive Layer 3 routing features such as DHCP Server/Relay, Inter-VLAN routing, static routes, and dynamic routing protocols including BGP. Scheduled software updates will add VRRP and OSPF for automatic failover support.

Built with a robust SGCC steel chassis weighing approximately 10 kg, it features a 1.3-inch touchscreen LCM for status monitoring and basic management. The switch supports up to 1,000 VLANs, 128,000 MAC address entries, 96,000 ARP entries, and 288,000 IPv4 routes, making it ideal for complex network environments.

Power consumption peaks at 340W with a heat dissipation of approximately 1160 BTU/hr. The ECS-Aggregation meets NDAA compliance and includes certifications such as CE, FCC, IC, and Anatel.
