The Ubiquiti NanoStation Loco M5 (LocoM5) is a compact, cost-effective outdoor wireless CPE designed for long-distance 5 GHz broadband connectivity, optimized for both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint links. Featuring a built-in 13 dBi dual-polarized directional antenna with approximately 45° beamwidth, it delivers reliable performance over distances exceeding 10 kilometers under ideal line-of-sight conditions.

Engineered for durability, the NanoStation Loco M5 comes in a UV-stabilized enclosure resistant to rain, snow, and extreme temperatures ranging from -30°C to 75°C, making it ideal for outdoor deployments. It supports 802.11a/n protocols with advanced TDMA-based airMAX technology for improved throughput and reduced latency. The device includes a single 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port with passive 24V PoE support, and a PoE injector is bundled.

With a low power consumption of approximately 5.5 watts, the Loco M5 enables cost-efficient network extension for service providers and enterprise applications. Management is simplified through Ubiquiti's intuitive airOS web interface, supporting multiple operating modes such as Access Point, Station, and WDS.
